Located in an existing business park, these offices were well positioned for collaboration with other companies. With the offices being in an excellent aesthetic condition, the ceilings, carpets, window blinds and wallpaper was maintained, which reduced the fitment costs tremendously. Changes to the existing layout was kept to a minimal, whilst maximising the utilisation of space. In the open plan work area, we used colour screens and plant boxes to define individual work stations. Plant boxes add a natural texture and are used to create privacy and a good workplace environment.
Printed wallpaper creates a dramatic backdrop to the transition between work and rejuvenation spaces. The new drywall creating the boardroom receives a printed wallpaper which adds a burst of energy to the current reception area. Earth toned couches reflect maturity and professionalism. A designer coffee table completes the natural feel of the entrance space
