The proposal uses the work of a local architect/artist to capture the rich cultural heritage that would merge in this new development node.
The elongated entrance, housing the reception, coffee shop and porte cochere, becomes the pivotal point of the building: allowing light, planting and varying layers of transparency to give the visitor a sense of security, while still remaining open and interactive.
