The play with forms in creating solid and open areas creates a dynamic flow. The lounge is located at the centre of the building and is recessed with an elevated roof.
This building has an axis that runs from the entrance through the sunken lounge and bar area, and ends in the outdoor boma. The boma is the perfect social setting for both friends and business colleagues to interact. The building is designed to give the visitors selected views into the journey of the business and the driving forces behind the CEO and his vision.
